The Humanist Ceremonies Accelerator has officially launched. It brings together teams from around the globe to develop and grow their social enterprises focused on delivering humanist ceremonies.

Every other week, teams from Australia, Malaysia, Mexico, Hungary, and Peru participate in online sessions designed to enhance their capacity for sustainability, organizational growth, and networking.

This three-month program, organized by Happy Human (Lithuania) and supported by Humanists International, aims to empower humanist organizations worldwide to create sustainable social enterprises. The program focuses on building capacity in sustainability, organizational growth, and networking. Participants will gain skills in building financial independence through social business and strengthening operational effectiveness.

These non-religious ceremonies offer a meaningful way to mark life’s significant milestones, such as weddings, funerals, child namings, and coming-of-age celebrations, grounded in reason, empathy, and respect for human dignity.

The program will culminate in a final Pitch Night on June 27th. During this event, participants will showcase their progress, gain visibility, and attract potential supporters. One standout team will be selected as the winner and will receive continued mentorship and a £2,000 grant to refine and scale their initiatives. Stay tuned—and if you’d like to receive a reminder for Pitch Night, register here.
