Leonard Boniface, founder of Teenage Life Programme, our consultative member organisation in Tanzania, participated in this years international Aids Conference. He exchanged a lot of information and was among others, chosen to make a short film for MTV.

Leonard was together with 48 participants on the MTV 48 Fest 2006 Staying Alive Team, that participated in the making of a film on HIV/AIDS: “we received training from various experienced people in the film industry, like Georgia Arnold, Vice President of Public Affairs at MTV, and co-founder of Staying Alive, Hollywood actor Richard Gere. We were given 48 hours to make a film in 8 groups, each with different themes related to HIV/AIDS. These films are educational tools on HIV/AIDS awareness. It was a honour to be involved“.
