  • post Type / Young Humanists International
  • Date / 21 December 2010

Dear Readers of the YouthSpeak,

At first, we would like to apologies for not being able to publish November issue of YouthSpeak. Despite that we are now with you on December with news and event we had throughout the world.

This YouthSpeak contains various fruitful events organized worldwide including IHEYOs GA in Poland from where we have got refreshed team members. Also, Amund Bugge from Norway has joined EC of IHEYO from this GA. At the same time we have got more friends joined IHEYO from Bangladesh, India and Bhutan via leadership training in Kathmandu, Nepal.

IHEYO is expanding since ever. African youth group is eager to expand its activity and network, Asian team is rapidly expanding and European team is about to launch its active team. At the same time IHEYO is in process to join IHEU as its youth organisation. It means, organized humanist movement is getting stronger day by day.

As you know, IHEYO is excitedly working on making 2011 humanist congress successful because we are eager to meet and share ideas with you.

Again we would humbly request you to kindly read and comment about YouthSpeak, request your friend to share it. That will help to find our weakness and strength which will ultimately helps both of us to strengthen young humanist campaign. Further, if you want to write for YouthSpeak, please do so, we would welcome your article.

Together we can change the world as John Lennon shares his imagination on his song as following:

Imagine there’s no countries

It is not hard to do

Nothing to kill or die for

And no religion too

Imagine all the people

Living life in peace

Let’s start making his dream success from the New year 2011. Happy New Year 2011.

Goodbye 2010, 2011 is expecting us in Norway, Oslo.

Yours Uttam Niraula
