Humanists International is glad to announce that more than £90,000 was awarded to support 18 humanist projects around the world.

All the projects are now available to view on a dedicated page on our website, created with the support of deMens.nu, one of our Belgian Members, always committed to support the growth and development of the global humanist movement.

Supported Projects

Every year, Humanists International awards a series of grants to support the projects of our Members and Associates around the world.

Giovanni Gaetani, Humanists International’s Membership Engagement Manager, commented:

“Our goal is to empower our Members and Associates to be more effective, resilient, and sustainable, and we are proud to see how they are working hard to promote humanism in their respective communities and to build their own organizational capacity.

“It is also impressive to see how fast our growth and development program has increased in the last five years. In 2017 we awarded £6,000 in grants. This year the total is 15 times greater. This would not have been possible without the support of our Members, Associates and Supporters, and that’s why I invite everyone to support our growth and development program with a small donation or by becoming an Individual Supporter of Humanists International”
