Humanists International has successfully completed a two-part online workshop designed to assist Members and Associates with the 2026 Grants Program. The sessions, held on 4 and 5 February 2026, focused on clarifying the application process and helping organizations align their projects with the charity’s selection criteria.

The workshop provided technical and strategic guidance to help attendees navigate the recently launched funding cycle, which includes support for Development, Digital Humanism, Humanist Ceremonies, Regional Meeting and Young Humanist initiatives.

The event saw active participation from 12 representatives representing 10 different humanist organizations across the globe, fostering a collaborative environment for sharing strategies and technical expertise.

The first day covered project strategy, focusing on the Seven Selection Criteria, feasibility, and risk assessment to ensure local impact. The second session addressed technical execution, including budgeting, organizational track records, and long-term project sustainability.

With the workshop now concluded, all Members and Associates are reminded that the application deadline is 09 March 2026. Detailed information regarding the various funding streams and submission guidelines can be found on the Grants Program website.
