The Humanist Alliance Philippines, International, or HAPI, is one of the key humanist organizations in Asia since its inception in 2013. HAPI Leadership has recently unanimously decided to revamp the structure of the organization in pursuit of a new, more new unified vision. The goal is for HAPI to rebrand its image and improve its recruitment strategy, just in time for HAPI’s General Assembly in 2023. The project is a two-pronged plan to reboot HAPI from within in terms of organizational structure.
First, the creation of new organizational guidelines will restructure the organization and rearrange the organizational chart with more checks and balances, which includes consulting with the different chapters of the organization. Second, creating an income-generating project, specifically our own brand of HAPI shirts will create monetary resources for our operations, both in the short term and long term.
