This project complements recent internal institutional reforms by establishing a formal membership system and expanding community engagement. To achieve this, the organization will hire a part-time Membership and Community Coordinator to build an operational database, lead engagement activities, and implement a voluntary contribution system. These efforts aim to transition the organization from a volunteer-driven collective into a sustainable institution with an ongoing revenue stream.
Problem/issue:
The organization’s reliance on volunteers limits member engagement and financial sustainability, while non-religious individuals in Lebanon face social isolation and discrimination without adequate formal support structures.
No. of beneficiaries: 5
Impact:
The project will establish an operational database with at least 80 registered members and 50 paying voluntary annual fees while fostering solidarity and dialogue through regular community activities for local freethinkers.
